Introduction A hydrostatic extrusion (HE) is a very useful tool in forming metallic materials in the merits of enhanced formability and reduced shear stress at the die entrance due to hydrostatic pressure by pressurized medium[1-3].
In practice, while the center part of the cross-section of the material experiences an elongation in the direction of the extruding axis, the outer part is subjected to shear deformation by severe friction between the die and material.

To reduce the impact of EMI, EMI shielding materials have been widely investigated.
Typically, metals have been used for EMI shielding materials, as they have a high conductivity and dielectric constants.
Conductive powders and polymer composite can be used as EMI shielding materials to circumvent the disadvantages seen in metals.
Experiments Materials.
For most of the shielding materials on electronic industry, SE at least reaches to 35dB, can be considered as effective shielding.
