Study on Preparation of Electromagnetic Shielding Coating Based on Nickel/PET

Abstract:

In this paper we select nickel as conductive powders, water-based adhesive as coating, PET as fabrics, electromagnetic shielding textiles were prepared by coating method. PET fabrics treated with sodium hydroxide before coating at the best concentration of 3%. Between the condition of 30MHz and 1500MHz, the SE of nickel/PET electromagnetic shielding coating can stable at about 37.0dB.It meets the requirement of environmental protection, and has widespread application foreground.
