When the machine is operating, the high speed rotation may lead to the cutters flying out of the rest, so not only both sides of the header (includes flattening roller) should be covered and the both sides of disc-type rests should be wrapped by flexible materials to prevent injuring the crowd on the both sides when the cutter accidentally fly off.
