If applied in drying solid materials, the solid materials will be accumulated in the region near the wall which is harmful for sufficient mixing of gas with solid phases.
Besides, if applied in drying sticky materials, such as sticky sludge, they will stick on the wall, and get thicker.
During the process of drying sticky materials the flushing effect of tangential wind to the wall is promoted by increasing Vtangential, which reduces the adhesion of sludge particles to the wall and increases the contact area between gas flow and sludge particles.

Computational fluid dynamics of a circulating fluidized bed under various fluidization conditions[J].Chemical Engineering Science, Vol.63(6)(2008): p.1696-1709

Biogas production contributes as a sustainable alternative renewable energy because raw materials are easily obtained and economical [2].
Biogas Characterization Biogas used in this study comes from biogas reactors which have raw materials in the form of organic waste.

True, researchers at the University of Nantes, together with the “Nantes Digital Sciences Laboratory (LS2N)”, offered their vision of the problem.
However, the high cost of materials and polyurethane wall surfaces, requiring large additional costs for their protection from sunlight and decoration, with all project attractiveness, make it unpromising.

To start a product innovation project, we need to know why we update or create such a product, how many attributes should be considered carefully, who is our new product’s latent customers, what kind of new materials can be applied and how to produce it et al.
