Various trade off had been made between Al-Li alloys and composites and it seems out that the aluminum alloys is more superior over costly composite materials [2].
Al-Li alloys utilize the same manufacturing processes as conventional aluminum, while composite materials require a special manufacturing processes of in ovens or autoclaves with difficulty of recyclable.
It is shown that the strength of the friction stirred welded specimens becomes 22% lower than the parent materials, while that of the electron beam welded specimens decreases to 13%.

Introduction
Engine valve is one of the key parts of the engine, its umbrella head and guide rod parts of the size difference is very big, umbrella head is to use hot forging process manufacturing, because umbrella head for high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, its material generally uses 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N etc austenitic heat resistant steel manufacturing, these materials alloy content is very high.
The hot forging die be used to forge valve umbrella head, the austenitic steel materials manufacturing, monolithic hot die with life short.
At present domestic materials ability high temperature fatigue at the same time and under high temperature to maintain high hardness material basically has two kinds: one kind is hard alloy steel; Another kind is high speed steel.
Valve material 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N contained in the alloy element is mainly Cr, Mn, Ni, N, the Cr content as high as 21%, mould materials used in the W6Cr5Mo4V2, When not to when nitrogen treatment, the alloy elements as the main for W, Cr, Mo, V, and 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N compared with only a kind of alloy element Cr the same, and When containing Cr quantity and large difference (in 6Cr5Mo4V2, Cr content is about 5%) and not to the nitrogen treatment , so the two kinds of material performance is large.

Results show that the creep constitutive equation can better describe the deformation characteristics of materials, and the numerical simulations and experimental test points are in good agreement.
So obtaining suitable materials constants within constitutive equation is very critical for successful implementation of numerical simulation.
The conclusion above shows that the constitutive equation at temperature for 190°C can more accurately describe materials creep behavior.
The unified constitutive equation has been implemented into the finite element solver ANSYS through user subroutine CREEP and the materials constants of 190°C and 150MPa are chosen, the result at time of 10 h is plotted in Fig.2.

Study area
Huainan, is located in 116°21′21″-117°11′59″E longitude and 32°32′45″-33°00′24″N latitude, which covers a total area of 2596.4 km2, 100 km long from east to west and about 30 km long from north to south [1].
