In the analysis, connective, geometrical and material nonlinear were considered.

BN250 PCBN materials displays good performance in interrupted turning, the chemical components and performances was listed in Table 2.
Abrasive wear pattern is observed in the nose edge, some white materials also stick near the flank face but cannot be measured due to low signal.
The white adhesive material far from nose edge can be measured with EDX method, as shown in Fig.5(a), and the results show that the binder material components Ti and Al from BN250 tool, Si from workpiece material and O element from air is very high, as shown in Fig.5(b).
