Plant fiber concrete in the cement base material (cement, mortar or concrete) to join the natural plant fiber, to form a new type of concrete, its advantages can improve the performance of concrete, concrete to reduce costs, save energy.
Through the development and application of such materials, we can offer a wealth of plant fibers opened up a new area of application, raising the level of comprehensive utilization of plant fiber; decrease the serious damage caused due to improper waste resource treatment.
Low prices, select material conveniently reduces the cost of fiber reinforced concrete, green environmentally friendly, renewable green building requirements now.
Straw fibers are a selects material conveniently, green environmental protection, renewable resources, which has obvious advantages compared with other traditional fiber, it provides a choice to reduce concrete costs.

The coating materials was CaHPO4·2H2O-
CaCO3 mixture with-400 mesh and Ti powder with 20~40μm.
Since there is a great difference of line expansion coefficient between coating materials (CaHPO4·2H2O+CaCO3) and substrate, there exists larger thermal stress between substrate and coating in the process of solidification after laser cladding, method of gradient design was adopted.
