Materials Model Modeling the material is very important for the whole FE simulation.
Fig.4 illustrates the milling process of cement concrete, and the nephogram is the Mises equivalent stress, reaches 1.35MPa in the concrete materials.
From Fig.5, we can find that the stress in the contact element is instantaneous and pulsant, and maximal stress reaches 1.1MPa and does not exceed the materials’ strength.

Among those feasible reuse technologies, most utilize sludge incineration residue as a recycled material since it is rich in silicon oxide and aluminum oxide[2].
Many recycled materials, which have similar com positions as residue has, such as fly ash, electric furnace residue, have been found to have the capability of adsorbing or removing heavy metals ions [3].

Injection molding differs from compression molding mainly in different remolding of the material.
Both the groups of the samples were made in comparable process conditions (Tab. 2) from one material batch.
However, in case of compression molding, the material is exposed to much lower shearing deformation and in a short multi-directional flow.
