Basic Assumption Under the effect of the above load, the wallboard is basically in a flexible working state and the bending deformation is given priority to, so the calculation of the exterior was assumed as follows: 1) If materials are in elastic state, the same materials are isotropic; 2) Materials of different elastic modulus coupling in the same node; 3) Planks with thickness use three dimensional unit solid65.
The unit thickness is equal to the number of material layers.
So there are four kinds of units and two kinds of materials.

The RF card on the material surface, as a kind of material (Electronic) label, through the portable handheld reader realize material identification and complete the tag data reading and writing, through two-way information transmission network, the final completion of the background server database updating of the information, to realize the dynamic management of equipment information.
Fixed reader and the PC machine is connected through the RS232 interface, through the development of label read-write subroutine to achieve label information initialization, the material information to the label in the list, as the electronic archives materials.

Materials and Methods The MWCNTs were purchased from M/s Shenzhen Nanotech Port Co., Ltd., China.
The treated MWCNTs were dispersed in the distilled water for 45 min. using a tip sonicator (M/s Sonics and materials Inc, Model: VCX 750) where the operating condition was limited to 40°C and 40 % of total amplitude.

With the increasing of contamination of electromagnetic radiation, the building materials with absorbing materials have been widely used in civil architecture [1-6].
At the age of 1980’s, the absorbing materials had been used in civil architecture in Japan, which be used to protect people against electromagnetic radiation.
