Due to the inherent defects of Zn interstitial and O vacancy in ZnO crystals, the resistivity of intrinsic ZnO materials is usually relatively high, and its performance is also unstable.

They are replacing Si devices due to the higher performance of SiC material.
Introduction Higher performance of SiC material [1] has led to the gradual replacement of silicon MOSFETs with SiC devices in many applications.
SiC material has a higher bandgap and it can stand higher critical electric field than silicon.

Abstract.
Because the standard comparable costs were obtained directly from material consumption, in every period, material consumption is compared, so material consumption of producing some identified products must be reduced with improvement of production skills and production equipment, but which should not be infinitely reduced, in summary, the standard comparable costs should be in keeping with curve direction in Figure 1 in a long time.

There are two reasons for this: the first one is the fact there is some free energy stored in the microstructure of the material and the other one is the presence of residual stresses in the unloaded state.
The first problem can be tackled by building a fictitious free energy potential from the knowledge of the mechanical behaviour of the material.

Abstract: This paper establishes the finite element model of reachstacker spreader, makes static strength calculation under eight typical operating conditions with rated load, based on the calculation results, it points out the weaknesses of spreader and gives some corresponding improvement measures for the drawbacks.
