The project requires a lot of financial, material and labor resources, which not only needs the support from the state and government, but also is a project which the whole society should pay attention to and national sectors should make joint efforts to tackle.
Furthermore, there is a serious shortage of funding for sports in rural areas, sports facilities are both lacking and old, and local governments pay more attention to material production and economic development than the fitness and health of farmers.

Obviously, the further away from the center of the workpiece, the more material will be abraded
off.
It is concluded that the further away from the center of the workpiece, the more material will be abraded off; the more discrepant the workpiece and the lapping plate have in the angular velocity, the lower the uniformity is.

There were 14208 elements and 16772 nodes in the meshing, the element type was soild185, the material was Q345, the yield strength was σs=345 MPa, elastic modulus was E=2.1×105 MPa, and the Poisson’s ratio was μ=0.3.
The maximum of the stress was 144 MPa, far less than the allowable stress of the material, and the excavator can withstand shock, vibration and the other factors.

Study on concrete material constitutive relation of the stress and the plastic deformation to obtain parameters more reasonable and accurate determination are suggested.
In the process of numerical calculation, according to the equivalent uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve characteristic value, nonlinear performance of concrete material will be study next, which is bound to have an impact the results.
