Molecular dynamics (MD) is a powerful method that can simulate the materials at atomic scale and it can be used to predict the performance and properties of a wide range of materials.
a) Epoxy Novolac structure b) Bisphenol-A Fig. 1 Structures of Bisphenol A and Novolac Epoxy All the MD calculations were performed by Materials Studio 5.5 (Accelrys Inc.).
The structure was built by Amorphous Cell module of Materials Studio, as shown in Fig.2.
The approach here is also expected to be successful for other materials with complex networks.

Compared with the traditional value stream mapping technique which is based on the material flow and information flow, this paper combines the supply chain knowledge flow and the value stream mapping technique to come up with a new value stream mapping model which is based on the material flow, information flow and knowledge flow.
It is around the core business and reaches its goal through controlling the information flow, logistics and capital flow, following the procedure which from the procurement of raw materials to the output of the intermediate products and final products and finally to send the products to customers by sales network [1].
According to the actual condition in car seat processing, the value stream status map of car seat knowledge flow which based on the material flow and information flow is drawn by introducing knowledge flow, as shown in Fig. 2: Fig. 2 Status value stream map including knowledge flow This picture shows the current situation about value stream of car seat knowledge flow.

Romanowski and Nagi [5] presented a data mining approach to forming generic bill of materials with the components and parts classification and coding.
Its length usually varies with the different types of materials.
In the area of mechanical products, different materials, such as products, modules, parts, etc, have different coding rules.
