Protactinium, Pa, was a nuclide which has the same characteristic such standard BP materials.
Hence, BP materials which added to fuel must have special characteristics.
First, the number of cross section absorption of BP materials must higher than fuel so BP materials could absorb faster from fuel burn up.
Protactinium, Pa, has the same characteristics such standard BP materials.

The failure of self-lubricating bearings is primarily caused by the wear of self-lubricating materials, which lose its self-lubricating function finally.
The materials of the bearing are listed in Table 1.

Swift ions create a defect profile penetrating deep into a solid compared to the sampling range of typical slow positron beams, which may consequently study a homogeneous zone of defected materials.
Positron annihilation (PA) spectroscopy has been extensively used to study implantation-induced defects in semiconductors and other materials.

Micropitting failure is commonly observed in materials with high surface hardness and it is characterised by the removal of surface roughness asperities and the formation of cavities.
Details of gear parameters, material properties, lubricant properties are given in Al-Tubi and Long (2012) [14].

Introduction Electrical Discharge machining (EDM) is a non-conventional machining process to machine electric conductive materials independently of their mechanical properties.
Solid carbide WC-6Co was chosen as the workpiece material and copper was chosen as the electrode material.

Introduction With the rapid development of engineering and material science, the requirements of material performance have become more and more high.
The carbon fiber composite materials because of its unique and excellent performance, is widely applied in aerospace and other fields [1, 2]. 3D woven carbon fiber is the rapid development of a new type of fabric structure and is a kind of the whole fiber reinforced skeleton interwoven by the continuous fiber in three-dimensional space according to certain rule and form [3].
