Anatase powder gives higher degradation process compared to rutile structure due to its higher energy band gap.
The TiO2 powder had anatase structure when it was fully crystallized and no more weight loss.
TiO2 of rutile structure would present if we lengthen the heating temperature because anatase to rutile structure transformation happens at temperature range between 600°C to 1100°C.

Highly crystalline zeolites with substantial surface area and a three-dimensional pore structure were expected to be superior adsorbent [92].
Mesoporous silica, with its porous structure, high surface area, and recyclability, had shown significant adsorption efficiency [137].
The unique structure and compatibility of silica gel with refrigerants made it an ideal candidate for NH3 adsorption [159].

X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the supported catalysts were amorphous in structure.
The structure of the catalyst was determined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) using Cu Kα radiation (λ=1.54060 Å).

The morphology and structures of WS2 nanotubes were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron diffraction.
The nanopores in template, the incorporation method and soakage time have function on the structure of WS2 nanotubes.
The wall-thickness of nanotubes in Fig. 3c is thicker than that in Fig. 3a attributing to the quantity of (NH4)2WS4, and the structure in Fig. 3c is much more complicated.
The nanotubes we’ve prepared have bamboo-like structure and their diameters correspond to the diameter of membrane.

It was re-confirmed that for above mentioned critical chemistry conditions, this iron is sensitive to chill formation, despite the carbon equivalent level at 3.8%.
It is a mean of controlling the structure and properties of cast irons by increasing the number of germination sites available for the nucleation and growth of graphite flakes in grey irons (GCI) or graphite nodules in ductile irons (DI).
This configuration allowed the structure characteristics after treating with the different inoculants to be evaluated.
Many factors are involved in carbide formation such as melting procedure (charge materials, thermal regime), iron chemistry (base chemical composition, minor / trace elements, alloying elements), liquid state treatments (gas stirring, vibration, inoculation), casting characteristics, pouring parameters, mold and core media [7-9].

In general, ZSM-5 synthesis use a organic template in the mixture that direct the porous structure grow.
Removing the templating agent, which is accomplished by combustion can result in the cracking and degradation of the lattice structure of ZSM-5[6].
Different methods to obtain silica affect your structure and morphology that influence the reactivity.
The gel chemistry control avoided undesirable mordenite phase.
Even though ethanol by itself was not effective as a template, it has a co-template function attributed to its ability to modify the gel chemistry[5].

The structures of the synthesized IL and PIL were confirmed using FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.
Certain ILs, depending on the structure of its alkyl group, can be polymerized making them amenable for blending with other polymers.
Scheme 1 in the previous section shows the structures of synthesized IL and PIL.

In addition, the influence of chemical composition, dissolution and structure of biomimetically processed CaP layers on osteoclast and osteoblast activity was studied.
In addition, the chemical composition, dissolution and structure of the formed CaP layers were investigated.
The structure of the formed CaP in the C-SBF is closer to that of carbonated hydroxyapatite (HCA) and consequently closer to the mineral phase of natural bone especially with longer immersion times.
It is hard to draw any clear conclusion between the material structure, composition or dissolution and osteoclast response.
As a conclusion, the composition and structure of CaP layers can be modified with wide range by controlling the immersion time of the SBF solutions.
