Harmful materials such as fly ash produce secondary pollution to the environment which increased air pollution.
The cement is made by CaCO3 and clay mixture mixed with other materials by high temperature calcine and grinding.
The fly ash can be regarded as a potential resource of cement raw materials

What makes conducting polymer composites so attractive is their various practical applications, such as rechargeable batteries, molecular electronics, electromagnetic interference shielding and microwave-absorbing materials[1-5], etc.

Conclusion
At present, more and more oily wastewater treatment used membrane filtration and achieved relatively good results through a number of instances, which required new membrane material of better treatment effect, focused on solving the membrane flux decline and membrane fouling and regeneration in applications, combined membrane filtration technology with other process organic, played a greater role in the oily water treatment .
