Even though we used the circular mask pattern for the etching, we got hexagonal pyramid structure with clear six facets forming a perfect hexagon.
This might be attributed to the crystallographic structure of the SiC phase.
Conclusion We have investigated the etching characteristics of SiC nanopillar in SF6/O2 plasma chemistry by using ICP methods.
We also obtained hexagonal symmetry of SiC nanopillar, which might be attributed to the crystallographic structure of the SiC phase.

The chalcogenides with amorphous structure were later developed under milder conditions by the decomposition of carbonyl precursors in organic solvents xylene or 1,2-dichlorobenzene7, 8.
The diffraction peaks, appearing at approximate 2θ=25◦ of all the catalysts, contribute to (0 0 2) plane of the hexagonal structure of Vulcan XC-72R.
The XRD pattern of the 12.5% Se/C catalyst shows the diffraction peaks corresponding to XC-72R and hexagonal elemental Se in the crystal structure (JCPDS 65-1876).

It has been known to have an open
framework structure to allow the introduction of atoms that can vibrate inside the cage.
These crystal structure get expanded volume in the presence of alkali or alkaline metal atoms by encapturing them.
These expanded crystal structure are classified into type I and type II clathrates.

Introduction
Due to the excellent microwave dielectric properties, high surface area and catalytic activity, low lattice and thermal expansion mismatch with high temperature superconductors, lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO3) with a perovskite-type structure, is drawing considerable attention with applications in various fields, such as dielectric resonators[1], substrate material for microwave devices[2], catalyst for oxidative coupling of methane and hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis of hydrocarbons[3].
The phase structure, microstructures, particle size of as-prepared LaAlO3 powders were investigated.
Heating the precursor to 700°C yields crystalline pure LaAlO3 and the XRD peaks correspond to reflections from rhombohedral LaAlO3 with a perovskite structure (JCPDS card 31-0022).

The stripping is a process to decompose the dyes on the fibers using chemistry.
This may be due to the effect of swelling of the sodium hydroxide with the fibers, and there is no time to form a new stable structure.
When thiourea dioxide increases rapidly, the process to form a new structure of cellulose is significantly increased.
The new formation of more orderly crystal structure reduces the breaking strength loss rate.

The phase structures of the ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD, Bruker D8 Advanced, Germany) with Cu Kα radiation.
The grains grow along the a-b directions during the sintering process and then form the sheet structure.
The value of c/a is lowest among the CBT, BT, CBN and BW crystal structure.

This is consistent with the decrease of aluminum structures and in the prevalence of frame structure (quartz and cristobalite-tridimite-opals).
Enhance of reactivity of minerals with frame structure can be achieved by intensive dispersion.
Introduction At present time one of the most common methods of investigation of structural-group composition of the substances used in chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology and other fields of human activity associated with materials production is IR-spectroscopy.
This is consistent with the layered structure of the latter, the anion of which can be described as structural group Q3.

Introduction
The chemistry and technology of silicon-based polymers, particularly silicones, is very broad and still a growing research area [1].
According to Faglioni et. al., hydrosilylation reactions are among the most important reactions in silicone and siloxane chemistry, and they are extensively used as means to form Si-C bonds.
These peaks corresponded to the structure of SHC.
This peak corresponded to the dimethylsiloxy units in the molecular structure of SHC.
This peak corresponded to the methylhydrosiloxy units in the molecular structure of SHC.

Abstract.
It helps to protect the steel reinforcements in concrete structures from corrosion process due to carbonation.
The presence of calcium hydroxide provides a basic environment (pH>10) that induces the formation of passive oxide film and keeps steel structures from corrosion.
The detection and quantification of calcium hydroxide in concrete structures are important to understand the nature and state of the steel structures in concretes.
Experimental Chemicals (calcium hydroxide and calcium silicate) were purchased from commercial suppliers (Aldrich Chemistry), they were used without further purification.
