Introduction Titanium alloy materials with high specific strength, good corrosion resistance are widely used in industrial fields, but as the typical difficult-to-cut material it also has the characteristics of small thermal conductivity, high temperature, tool wear will adversely affect the surface quality [1-4].The change of chip morphology and surface quality is caused by the change of cutting environment caused by the tool wear [5].
The experimental materials are TC4, cutting tool is φ20mm ball-end milling cutter with indexable two teeth is made by DIJET company, uncoated.
