Without the addition of water to clay no strength would be achieved, as the sand and clay would be just two dry materials.
Since bonding materials are not highly refractory, the required strength must be obtained with the minimum possible addition [9] and due to this reason addition of 4% bentonite has been selected.
Materials And Methods The sand mixture was prepared by mixing 1000 grams of dry sand with 40 grams of bentonite clay, and subjected to milling for 5 minutes.

Based on maleic anhydride and 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid, unsaturated polyesters were synthesized for the first time from renewable raw materials only.
Introduction Recently, environmental problems and depletion of fossil resources have led many researchers to pay attention to the creation of polymer materials based on biomass [1-5].
Moreover, there is a large amount of raw materials (sugars, vegetable oils, lignin derivatives, etc.) in nature, which can be used for the production of high molecular weight compounds.
Thereby, carbon and glass FRP laminates based only on renewable plant materials, MA and FDCA can be the basis for a new generation of durable bio-based composites for various applications.
