A large
type of high performance polymer materials called BCB are filled the gap between the dies functioning as glue [7].
The thermal conductivities of these two materials are less than other materials, which are only 0.5 and 0.3 W/m·K, so the grads are very big.

Introduction
In today's ever-evolving modern world of materials science and engineering, composites have emerged as a transformative class of materials, offering a vast array of possibilities across diverse industries.
In this context, it is clear that these composite materials are not merely a trend but a transformative force in materials science and engineering.

It was introduced by adding 0.05-1% Al-powder as the initiated materials of geopolymers to react with water in those materials and promote hydrogen gas inside specimens.
Introduction Cement is one of most important construction materials.
The pozzolanic materials normally rich in silica and alumina such as fly ash, blast-furnace slag, rice husk ash and metakaolin are commonly used as starting materials for geopolymer making [5].
Locally available material such as metakaolin is used as mainly pozzolanic materials of porous geopolymer.

But its limitations are also obvious: (a) In the three decades after the reform and opening up in China, the living standard and dietary standards are improved, the grain-based food structure began to change; (b) Regional and even international exchange and cooperation are increasing, the free flow pattern of food and other basic living materials makes the importance of the food supply within the regions decline.

Introduction
Nanocrystalline materials have attracted great interest because of their unique physical and chemical properties, which are significantly different from their microcrystalline counterparts[1].
Recently, as an important kind of rare earth oxide, the synthesis of nanocrystalline ceria attracted much attention due to its wide application in the field of luminescent materials, electronic ceramics, radiation-resistant glass, chemical mechanical polishing, fuel cell and automotive exhaust gas purification catalytic materials, etc[2,3].
