In recent years, its development mainly includes the compressibility [1,2] and lattice intrinsic resistance (friction stress) [3]of the material considered, finite deformation theory [4,5] and the flow theory [6] and so on.
The experiment of the reference[10] was computed with FEA and the theoretical model of the paper, the material of the grinding samples is 45 steel and the roughness of them is respective 0.33µm, 0.70µm, 0.75µm, 0.90µm, 1.17µm, 1.58µm. the results of the class contact mechanics, the formula proposed in the paper, substructure FEM, the experiment of the reference [10] are shown in Fig.4.
