One of the ways of reducing amount of sludge is treatment of this waste for further application as additive or raw material for producing building materials.
Manufacturing of porous ceramic materials from local raw materials (e.g. clay) using water treatment sludge and sawdust as combustible filler is possible.
It was proved during the research that sewage treatment plant sludge can be used to make porous ceramic materials.

However, the fracture of materials involves multiple complex processes, and this separate branch of science cannot be used to determine the fundamental property of plasticity.
Metallic alloys with plastic strain at fracture d > 0 remain a very important part of modern materials science.

Preparation of Conductive Composite Particles by Impact Coating Process Xiangyang Hao1, Guosheng Gai1* , Yufen Yang 1, Yihe Zhang 2 and Ce-wen Nan1 1 Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China 2 School of Materials Sciences and Technology, China University of Geosciences, Beijing100083, China Keywords: Particle composite system, super conductive carbon black, acetylene black Abstract.
For a composite material, volume resistivity (ρv) decreases dramatically when a conductive filler is more than critical value, an insulator filled up with it becomes a semiconductor or conductor.
The log scale of volume resistivity (ρv) of SCB/UHMWPE and ACB/UHMWPE composite materials vs CB concentration are depicted in Fig.3 (a,b).
Interpenetrating network material can be acquired without chemical reaction.

So it is a feasible way to restore the strength by reinforcement. 4 Einforcement design 4.1 The recommended plan of Preliminary strengthening Comprehending the site factors and after the various contrast demonstrates, we decide to choose the composite materials -- Fang Ren Glass Cloth to reinforce the structure【4】.
So we can get that it has good flexibility restore ability. 6 Conclusion After reinforced concrete bridge suffered the fire, the mechanical properties of materials will in great change, from the view of static force, it mainly includes: strength dropping causes to the decrease of the bearing capacity; Stiffness changes causes to the larger deformation, and then affect the normal use of the bridge.
