Introduction The carbon fiber/resin composites are used in many industries including automotive, infrastruct- ure and aerospace, exhibiting superior strength to weight ratios than traditional materials [1].
To measure the Tg, we use the Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA) techniques, which can monitor changes in the storage and loss moduli and the loss factor of the material.

Hot forming mainly take advantage of the softening and creep properties of titanium alloys material in the heating state, in order to make plastic improve, reduce the forming force, improve the formability and avoid cracking, also reduce some of the springback [5].
The clearance value ​​of material on thickening ratio has smaller effect in Fig. 4.
Fig. 5 shows that along with the friction coefficient increases, the maximum effective stress of forming part increases throughout the whole forming stage and with the forming depth increases, so materials require forming force increases, along with the friction coefficient increases, the drawing force of sheet forming also need to increase, when the maximum drawing force is greater than the tensile strength of material, the sheet will be split.
