In the construction of buildings, construction cost is influenced greatly by factors like cost of materials and the nature of materials being used.
The ever-increasing housing demand has given rise to the need to source for construction materials like bricks, cement, aggregates, steel, aluminum, wood, cladding and partitioning materials [1-3].
Materials and Methods Materials: The materials used for this research were Corncob, Sawdust, Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC, Grade 42.5), Water and Calcium Chloride (CaCl2).

Desulfurization plasterboard is based on desulfurization plaster as main cementitious material, cement, slag and admixture as excitation reinforced materials, fiber web cloth and fibers is tensile and flexural materials[3] [8].
Experiment on Moisture Content Plasterboard is a mixture of organic material, and the moisture content of plasterboards has a greater impact on the material performance [4].

Effect of Reserved Texture on Mechanical Properties of Cold Drawn Pearlitic Steel Wire Lichu Zhou, Yufei Zhao, Feng Fang* School of Materials Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, 211189, China *Fangfeng@seu.edu.cn Keywords:pearlitic wire, texture, cold drawn Abstract: In this paper, pearlitic steel wire with/without reserved texture were investigated with the help of mechanical test system, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and XRD.
Deformation of this two phase are more closely to composite materials of laminate structure. α-fe(soft phase) deform more than cementite(hard phase) when deformation was not heavily.

Both materials were tested at same strain rates of 0.0003 and 0.001 s-1.
UTS of longitudinal and transverse directions are about the same for both materials from all testing conditions.
