Introduction
As one-dimensional nano-materials, due to the attraction of Van der Waals force, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) tend to twine with one another so as to gather easily and decrease the total surface energy of the system[1].
Due to adsorption, the surface active agents cover nano materials, forming a space barrier, keeping nano-materials from colliding and combining with one another, which makes SWCNTs disperse in solution stably.

To a certain FFET structure, ε is the parameter related material properties.
This may help in fabrication and circuit design, because it is hard to fabricate the ferroelectric materials of the same which cause the device output unstable just like the Id curves of 3-5v.

2.1 Materials
PK-15 cell stain was supplied by South China Agricultural University, the material sources of cell culture and ELISA were purchased from JET BIOFIL, IgG/HRP and non fat-dried milk was from Sigma, and Sepharose-4B and G-75 from Amersham; epichlorohydrin, 1,4-dioxane and all other chemicals used in SDS-PAGE or for buffers were of analytical or chemical grade and were purchased from Guangzhou Chemical Co.Ltd.
