Introduction Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) is an extensively used thermoplastic material.
For this reason, the addition of thermal stabilizers was the only path way to solve this problem for PVC material[2].

Literature Review Distance Education Keegan[1] believed the distance education is the planned and systematic instructional activities, including the choice, preparation, and presentation of the teaching materials that use at least one of teaching multimedia to connect learners and tutors; it provides appropriate discipline and supports learns to study.
Course-on-Demand Education System: This system uses the current popular technology “interactive video on demand (Video-On-Demand, as VOD) “, learners operating the computer or Set-Top-Box, materials delivered by internet or cable, and learners manage video playback in accordance with individual learning status.

In the design process of vacuum arcing chamber, the surface contacts will always remain particles, more particles will be produced because of the role of vacuum arc, which directly affect the heavy breakdown process of vacuum gap [7]. 3 Solving the problem It can be seen that breakdown mechanism for vacuum gap shows vacuum contact's material and its surface condition are both the crucial factors for insulation of vacuum gap .Contact material has great impact to vacuum gap's voltage level.
Improving material's strength or hardness benefits to improve the voltage level, but this operation will reduce its welding resistance.
According to this principle, it can be added alloy element additive in the high hardness contactor material, using segregation phenomenon of alloy material, added the low melting point element in the contactor material.
