The most important challenge is to identify the size and material of defect particles that are found.
The material of the defect and the shape can be extracted by calculate the DSCS, which provide strong theoretical foundation to the nondestructive detector engineer.
Therefore, the dent position and material can be inversed and decided by calculating the particle DSCS.
