Subsequent to heat treatment, these structural parts are subjected to grinding, during which impairment of hardened materials can be caused by thermo-mechanical influence of the grinding process.
On the other hand, it's well known that the current surface strengthening process has two obvious defects: 1) There are many heat treatment processes for surface hardening, but they are difficult to integrate into a production line. 2) Subsequent to heat treatment, structural parts are subjected to grinding, during which impairment of hardened materials can be caused by thermo-mechanical influence of the grinding process.
Experimental Details The experimental material selected was 48MnV microalloyed steel with high hardenability, which was widely used in modern automobile industry.

Validated by actual working condition, hammer handle can be replaced at least five times for this design of hammer, and each group has 24 hammer heads, every 5 sets of hammer heads can save 1200 kg metallic materials, 1800 KWh and CO2 emissions dropped by 1795 kg.
Introduction Hammer crusher [1] is a crushing machine which is widely used in many industries such as cement, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials and transportation.

Result shown the combination between star-type design and copper material will produce a good agreement to design a hot heat exchanger.
In steady-state thermal, there were no obvious difference in temperature distribution and overall time taken in materials, for both copper and aluminium.

In order to improve blood compatibility of the axial blood pump developed by the authors, traditional method and three-dimensional streamlined method are used for axial impeller design, and rapid prototyping with ABS organic materials are adopted.
