Introduction As a precision vacuum evaporation technology, molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) can precisely control the film thickness, composition and structure by manual control [1], and is very suitable for exploring new materials, creating new devices and studying new effects [2].
Nowadays, in China, the core technologies of EB evaporator are lacked, and the related products depend on import largely, this situation limits the domestic development of new materials greatly.
After the source material evaporating from the crucible, the molecular beam emits from the mouth of nozzle (inside diameter is 6mm) vertically.
