Test design Raw materials of test.In this experiment, cement is Zorn brand P.O 42.5 cement; fine aggregate is river sand whose maximum size is 5 mm and fineness modulus 2.45; coarse aggregate 5 ~ 20 mm gravel and its gradation is continuous and qualified; admixture is MN water reducing agent, produced by concrete additive factory in Xuzhou and its decreasing water efficiency is more than 15%; rubber is fine powder rubber, made by Guangdong Dongguan Fonda Huanyu environmental protection science LTD.

The polymer composite materials have been studied to modify the dielectric properties for practical applications.

If viscoelastic solid it is not zero, and if the viscoelastic liquid it is zero; is the relaxation time, that is, the required time is that stress decay to 1 / e of initial stress internal materials; t is time.
