Based on the evaluation index system, 53 kinds of energy plants growing in our country were selected to be used as biodiesel raw materials.
In order to provide enough high quality raw materials to the biodiesel production, it is necessary for us to analyze the plantation potential of P. chinensis.

Flow stress is important because in material-forming process, forming loads, stresses and strains depend on part geometry, friction, and the limit flow stress of the deformation material [1].

Abstract.
InGaAs is a very important material for fabricating optical and electronic devices, high-speed devices and high performance detectors.
Heavily p doped InGaAs is usually used as base material in heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT).
Experiments Heavily p doped GaAs samples were grown on (001) SI-InP substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) using trimethylgallium (TMG), trimethylindium (TMIn) and arsine as source materials.

In particular, the subsurface has complex distributions of materials with transient groundwater fluxes.
Typically, the complex distribution of subsurface materials is represented in the conceptual model as regions with locally homogeneous and isotropic hydraulic conductivity (anisotropic representation is also common [1, 2].
The aquifer is composed largely of fine-grained silty sand of hydraulic conductivity K1 = 5 10−6 m/s, with lenses of relatively course material of hydraulic conductivity K2 = 10−4 m/s.
