Because of its good properties in high temperature resistance, resistance to water, oxygen barrier, low electrostatic effect, and so on, in especial low cost and easy access, stainless steel will become the most of the substrate material in the application of the flexible displays [4].
The chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) is a new technology which has developed in the past thirty years and can realize the super smooth surface without damage by combination of chemical action and mechanical action.
Slurry is an important part in chemical mechanical polishing.

Factors such as the length of the soft and hard segments, chemical composition and phase separation affects the relationship between structure and properties of polyurethanes [1].
Other factors affecting the properties of SMPs are the synthesis process, additional molecules and nanoparticles.
Since the selection of raw materials is crucial to the final properties as well as the structure of isocyanates which will influence the microphase separation and consequently affects the chain flexibility and shape memory properties of the produced SMPU, hence the objective of this work was to investigate the effect of different ratio of linear hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) and alicyclic isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) on the thermal, mechanical and shape memory properties of palm kernel oil polyol (PKOp) based SMPU.

Welding sequence is one important factor which affects the residual stresses and distortions produced during welding, thus determines the welding quality and performance.
Material and Methods In this study, material used for the welding simulation was SAE 1020 with the material properties vary according to the temperature history [6, 10].
The material model of elasto-plastic based on the von Mises yield criterion and isotropic strain hardening rule was chosen, in which its response over the history was determined by the temperature-dependent material properties inputted.
It is clear that the peak temperature achieved was greatly affected by welding sequences.

These properties are improved after annealing [1].
Transition from a metastable equilibrium to a more equilibrium state occurs under the influence of various destabilizing factors (radiation, mechanical and/or thermal influences, chemical treating) in MG.

Tensile properties were tested at room temperature by zwick/roell test machine.
The sizes of the specimens for mechanical properties testing were shown in Fig.1 .
An interesting factor affecting the hardness of a composite system is the extent of bonding between reinforcement and matrix material.
Basically tensile properties of composite material are a strong function of nature and properties of reinforcing elements and matrix material.
The compatibility between matrix and reinforcement plays a key role in enhancing the mechanical properties; in particular, ultimate tensile strength of composites.

During the initial healing period, mechanical stability offered by an implant design that prevents any micro-movement in the implant-bone structure is one of the most essential osseointegration factors [5].
Fig. 3 The total model of bone and implant Fig. 4 The direction of forces induced in the implant/bone joint during axial loading 2.3 Material properties The first step in the ANSYS was to define the materials and their different properties, which was done according to Table 2.
In this investigation, the mechanical properties of the materials, such as Poisson's ratio and Elastic Modulus, were standardized, and all materials were assumed to be isotropic, homogeneous and linearly elastic.
Furthermore, there are other factors that can influence the functional surface area, including the implant length and the density of bone [31].

Water inrush will not happen until the three factors exist at the same time and become a special condition.
It did not consider the impact of mining and other factors.
Moreover different rocks have wholly different mechanical properties and ability to resist water pressure.
Making a comprehensive survey on the revising process of water inrush coefficient calculation, it was not hard to see that the study focused mainly on the structure and mechanical properties of floor aquicludes.
By the analysis of the experimental data, it can be seen that low permeability rock affecting the water head loss in the process of confined water flowing upward mainly exists in the strata properties, the mechanical properties of rocks (tensile strength) and its permeability and so on.

The quality of pig iron from the point of view of the customer, that is steel plant, is one of main factors affecting the quality and cost of steel production.
Basic quality tools: statistical methods, control charts and the factors of qualitative ability of the process were used in the analysis.
From the point of view of the steelworks, this element should be present in limited level, which is dictated by the fact that the high phosphorus content [5]: - processing of pig iron in the oxygen converter requires a longer melting by downloading slag, - worsen the mechanical properties of steel.
In addition, the values of factors of qualitative ability of the process were determined.
SUMMARY Quality is one of the fundamental factors of choice of the product by the customer.

Traditional machining method is not only low production efficiency, high production costs, but also results metal fiber discontinuous and affects mechanical properties.
Precision forming the steel synchronizer gear ring will not only increase productivity, but also improve its mechanical properties, reduce costs, meet the needs of mass production [1].
Die wear is the predominant factor affecting the die life since it sustains higher temperature and working pressure.
As for steel, a and b are 1 and, c is 2, k is constant related to the material properties is about 2e-5; H is the initial die hardness.
During hot forging process, the die temperature is affected by several factors, such as initial temperature of dies and billet, the contact time and pressure etc [2-3].

Catalytic properties of substances are improved, chemical reactions are accelerated, article resistance is raised due to application of significant mechanical energy at the processing speed of above 250 m/s in disintegrators [6], where special energy is stored, the structure of the substance is changed, materials are destroyed, the processes of phase separating are activated, the properties are changed.
The research results in the following consequences: - activation in the disintegrator with the outer leaching increases in the extraction of lead 1.4 times, in the extraction of zinc – 1.1 times; - leaching in the disintegrator as opposed to separate activation and leaching provides nearly the same extraction, but the period of the process drops from 15 60 minutes to the first seconds, that is by two times; - factors, affecting the process, listed in the descending order, are: concentration of reagent in leaching solution, the rotation frequency of disintegrator rotor, number of recycling cycles in the disintegrator.
Their structure is more uniform, this property influences positively on the quality of articles manufactured on their basis.
leaching products escape; Кт – coefficient of the escape range of leaching solutions; Кb – coefficient of the influence of bio-sphere; Кg – coefficient of pollution influence on the neighboring regions; К fd –coefficient of future danger; Кr – coefficient of the risk to damage the environment by non-registered factors.
The progress of this concept depends on the combination of mechanical activation and chemical leaching in the cycle.
