It includes different properties of lubricating oil (pressure and temperature dependent viscosity and density) and elastic deformations, so the pressure distribution in an oil film can be evaluated.
Other situation occurs when hydrodynamic pressure is causing the active surfaces to deform, changing the oil film thickness shape and affecting the pressure distribution reversely (EHD).
Therefore, safety factors, estimated by both solution methods, are very similar.
· Areas A5 and A6 are the most affected ones.
It resulted in the same endurance safety factors of the connecting rod at all regions except slide bearing.

Traditional machining method is not only low production efficiency, high production costs, but also results metal fiber discontinuous and affects mechanical properties.
Precision forming the steel synchronizer gear ring will not only increase productivity, but also improve its mechanical properties, reduce costs, meet the needs of mass production [1].
Die wear is the predominant factor affecting the die life since it sustains higher temperature and working pressure.
As for steel, a and b are 1 and, c is 2, k is constant related to the material properties is about 2e-5; H is the initial die hardness.
During hot forging process, the die temperature is affected by several factors, such as initial temperature of dies and billet, the contact time and pressure etc [2-3].

Enclosure of porosity within a thin, while stiff shell facilitates in acquiring low density in syntactic foams without forfeiting the mechanical properties.
Das and Satapathy [9] studied structural, thermal, mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties for polypropylene cenosphere filled composites.
Theier studies clearly reveal that 10-wt% of cenosphere could accomplish greater mechanical and tribological properties.
Their findings revealed that feed rate was the main factor affecting surface roughness, followed by cutting speed.

Water dissociation mechanism is found under the function of cation exchange
membrane, and many factors to enhance current density were analyzed.
According to Donnan balance theory[6], on the cation exchange membrane interfaces, there are many influencing factors to accelerate water dissociation, for example, interface potential resulting from concentration polarization of ion exchange membrane inside and outside.
Throughput of pure water affects water dissociation.
The membrane is a kind of compound of aromatic hydrocarbon and diolefinic, which are in possession of acid resistance, alkali proof, oxidation resistance and fine electrochemistry properties.
(2)From experiments process, it is found that many factors affect current density, such as electric field intensity, temperature, air bubble ratio.

Effects of magnesia to phosphate molar ratio, blending ratio and borax
addition on setting time, workability and mechanical properties of MPC cement paste were
investigated.
But the structure of magnesia is affected by many factors including calcination temperature, grinding and even the precursor used to produce magnesia.
Effect of M/P on the Properties of MPC Paste.
Among the parameters affecting the properties of MPC, M/P ratio is one of the most important ones [7].
Besides of the proper selection of magnesia, M/P ratio and borax addition are the other main factors affecting the strength development of MPC.

Temperature changes (hot and cold), the intensity of solar radiation, atmospheric gases, humidity, rainfall, and wind are all factors that create stress in structures [6].
Based on the experimental protocol, it is proved that factors affecting mortar carbonation are (i) pore system of hardened mortar, which is influenced by the w/c ratio, binder type, and hydration level; (ii) relative humidity; and (iii) the CO2 concentration.

In order to evaluate the metallurgical features on the weld beads/substrate interface a microstructural characterization was performed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and to evaluate the mechanical properties was conducted the wear test.
Weld pool geometry plays an important role in determining the mechanical and corrosion properties of the weld.
Thus the weld bead geometry plays an important role in determining the mechanical properties of the weld.

Anthropogenic Carbon Aerosol Induced Carbonation in Reinforced Concrete: Deterioration Effects on Mechanical Properties
O.E.
Experimental tests were carried out to study the effect of carbonation caused by the emission of black carbon soot on mechanical properties and durability of reinforced concrete.
Moreover, there are some environmental and climatic factors such as carbon dioxide (CO2), black carbon soot, humidity, and temperature that affect carbonation and chloride ingress in concrete[10].
Conclusion The study aimed at investigating the anthropogenic carbon aerosol induced carbonation in reinforced concrete, with a significant focus on the deterioration effects on mechanical properties.
