Ring the outer wall of the outer casing is provided with a plurality of air holes (27), and covered with a membrane (28), this design can make the temperature, humidity, humidity collecting ring internal temperature and placed into the environment parameters of underground after the completely consistent, makes the measurement results more accurate, reliable, and membrane (28) can be effectively prevent soil material fall into the collecting ring cause equipment damage.
