Abstract In order to realize the simulation testing and calibration of star tracker in the lab, a simulation algorithm for dynamic and celestial sphere star image was proposed.
One is outside field stargazing test [1,2], which is to conduct the stargazing test in the true ground environment This method is influenced seriously by the atmosphere, also it requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, and can’t simulate in-orbit state of star sensor.

The simulation of materials which wins the majority of user’s acceptance is not easy.
In the finite element analysis, the control of the mesh density is very important because of the damage and strain concentration and the softening of concrete materials.
(2) Contrast to the results of the experiment and numerical simulation, it shows the CDP model in ABAQUS elastoplastic damage simulation of concrete materials is feasible

● The structure of the spiral blade parts
The method which used in stamping springback parts for a certain type of cement mixer truck spiral blade, plate thickness 4 mm, material for QSTE420TM, as shown in figure 1 shows. figure AD, BC for section line, AB, CD is helix.
It is pointed out that die correction process is to reduce material part at the same time also had an increasing part of the material, the actual repair mode is not possible, the solution is the type for the ascension, make negative into zero or positive, to reduce the amount of material increase.
