Two coefficients account for the effect of curing conditions and environment on the effective chloride diffusion coefficient are introduced by kc·ke, where kc is the Conservation coefficients,depends mainly on the curring time (see Table 1); and ke is Environmental coefficients,takes the effects of cementitious material and Marine environment into account (see Table 2).

Discrete element method describes complex mechanical properties of material by means of the movement and interaction among particles, and it solves complicated practical problems through a non continuous numerical method.

Materials and Methods For laser ablation of (Iron, Gold) a beam of a Nd:YAG laser (λ = 532nm,τ = 5 ns, pulsed repetition rate (P.R.R) = 3 Hz, 100 pulse and 20 min laser ablation) first perpendicularly focused on the surface of iron plate of 1 cm diameter.
