The two temperature dependent measurements are compared in order to deduce the dominant carrier scattering mechanisms in both materials.
Introduction Epitaxial graphene on SiC has attracted much interest in the materials community owing to its unique electronic properties.
Discussion: It is useful to consider the as-grown and H-intercalated materials separately with regards to the observed temperature dependence.
From 300K to 50K the resistivity decreases linearly in both materials.
Although there is a great deal of non-uniformity in both materials, the consistency between these measurements provides a conviction that materials will tend to behave in the manner described.

Lycium barbarum as raw materials, after press, enzymatic hydrolysis, separation and drying process to a series of different Lycium barbarum products, through determination of effective ingredients content, such as carotenoid, amino acid, crude protein, crude fat, tried to explore the influence of effective component on different processing methods.
However the Lycium as the raw materials, the changes of active substance content in process products, has not been reported in the literature with detailed.
Materials and methods Materials Fresh Lycium: produced in the County of Ningxia.
Yao W.B[8] research indicates that high temperature can make the above material denature, solubility reduce, then activity also loss.

Study on the application of modified Chitosan in Cherry preservation Li Yu-feng1,2,a ,Zhu Shi-Fu1,b ,Zhu Xue-jun2,c 1:Department of Materials Science,Sichuan University,Chengdu ,China 2:Key Laboratory of Fine Flake Graphite Deep Processing, Panzhihua College, Panzhihua ,Sichuan Province, PR China a: lyfpzh@163.com b: sfzhu@scu.edu.cn c:zxjpzh@163.com Key words: Cherry; Chitosan; preservation Abstract: To obtain a good Cherry preservative, the author prepared acetic acid Chitosan and metal ion complexes with solid-liquid reaction.
Besides, the Cherry preservative was prepared by modified Chitosan materials.
Experiment Materials.
Thereby, the application of chitosan modified materials can effectively maintain the quality and extend the cherry harvest life and the modified chitosan has huge potential in application of coating edible fresh fruit.

Different environmental conditions affect the properties of composite materials and determine their service lives.
So many researches are focusing on the effect of accelerated aging on the properties of composite materials.
The materials used were two types of woven (2/2 Twill, 8 Harness Satin) glass fiber, and 8 Harness Satin carbon fiber in a polyetherimide matrix.

Influences of different surface treatments on titanium substrate to HA/TiO2 bioactive coatings Shengjiang Wu, Huiping Shaoa and Ran Wei School of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China aemail: shaohp@ustb.edu.cn Keywords: hydroxyapatite; titanium alloy; electrophoretic deposition; composite coating Abstract.
Porous structure of the organization is not only beneficial to cell adhesion, but also play an important role in mechanical properties, and they can meet the requirements of implanted materials [2].
Titanium alloy surface coated with HA has good biological activity, and makes the implanted materials with excellent mechanics performances of titanium and favorable biological properties of HA ceramic, which has become one of hot topics in biomedical materials research currently [3].
