Constant load
tensile test was carried out in the laboratory in order to better understand the properties of materials
to reduce stress corrosion cracking accidents and choose the better material to prevent the
occurrence of hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion.
With the effect of tensile stress and chemical mediator [1], metal materials generated low-stress brittle fracture known as stress corrosion cracking.
The brittle fracture under low stress caused by the superposition of stretching stress and corrosion medium is called SCC and both of the brittle materials and ductile materials can have a stress corrosion cracking.
Constant load tensile test is one of the first recognized by NACE to assess the performance of metallic materials against SSC approach.

Introduction
Al-alloy has become one of the most popular materials applied to the aerospace industry.
Ko proposed a quantitative model of burr formation for ductile materials both in orthogonal and oblique machining [2, 3].
Therefore, 2Al2 has become one of the most popular materials in the aerospace industry, especially for radar thin-walled parts.

Then friction heat is generated that
causes a temperature rise in the surface layer high enough to result in metallurgical transformation of
the wheel-rail materials.
The heat-convection between the rail and ambient and temperature-dependent material properties are taken into consideration.
The temperature-dependent material properties can be found in Ref. [12].

Abstract: High purity ZrSiO4 powders were prepared using zirconium oxychloride and tetraethoxysilane as raw materials by the microwave hydrothermal (M-H) method, in which NaF was added as mineralizer to promote the crystallization of zircon.
Moreover, The materials with zircon (ZrSiO4) structure doped with transition-metal(TM) and rare-earth (RE) ions have a wide variety of applications in pigments and in solid state laser, phosphor and luminescent devices.
Experimental procedure Reagent grade ZrOCl2·H2O and Si(C2H5O)4 (TEOS) were used as starting materials.
