Finite Element Theory of Steady Temperature Field Distribution Analysis Temperature field is calculated by FEA method, thermal analysis model and structure analysis model can be unified, a unified finite element 3D Model can be used for thermal analysis and structure analysis, data transmission is not needed between thermal model and structure model, computation is decreased, calculation accuracy is increased [5].
According to working condition characteristics of the reduction gearbox and calculation method of box bearing temperature in reference[7-9], the place of 2 bearing on reduction gearbox high speed shaft is loaded 58℃,the 2 bearings on intermediate shaft is loaded 70℃, the 2 bearings on low speed shaft is loaded 60℃ external temperature is defined as 25℃, convection coefficient is 0.001.
Heavy load reduction gearbox finite element model can be obtained at last, which is showed in Fig.1.
Steady temperature field of heavy load reduction gearbox is calculated by FEM, which is shown in Fig.2.
The reduction box's biggest stress occurs in the picture mark place, the biggest stress for 304.54MPa and the smallest stress is 0.18MPa.

The transmission rate of data is low, especially when the exception occurs in the structure of bridges, the data cannot be transferred to the data center, causing the low real-time and poor flexibility.
Data processing layer uses cloud computing technology to fill the incomplete data before storing them into the database, which will be provided to bridge experts.
This system pays attention to filling the incomplete data.
In this system, only pressure attribute data are collected.
The system uses the CAN bus to build the data transmission network to send the pressure information collected by pressure sensors to the data processing center.

The accumulation and reduction of gold were followed by visual observation of the samples turning purple.
The recorded spectral data were then plotted using the UV Probe.
We obtained rapid synthesis only when using living cells (data not shown).
At all temperatures only nanospheres were synthesized by the suspension and supernatant (data not shown) of P. aeruginosa.
In the present study, in the experiment conducted at 90oC, an intense peak at around 537 nm appeared within 15 min (data not shown), indicating that denatured proteins also synthesized GNPs.

The device had been keeping running from Sept. 1, 2011 to Nov. 1, 2011. 15 days after the start-up, samples were taken for data analysis in a frequency of once every 5 days.
The data of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen (Table 2) shows that the low total nitrogen removal efficiency is resulted from the insufficiency of de-nitrification.
Removing rate change of TP in different surface loads Pollution Load Reduction.
The average removal rate shows the changes in inlet and outlet water concentration and can not indicate the pollution load reduction rate by the system and also can not show the maximum potential of MSL; the pollution load reduction is used to comprehensively consider the optimum surface load; the equation is: L=Q×(Ci-Ce) /A.
Pollutant reduction load (g/m2·d)under different surface loads surface loads(L·m3/m2·d) COD BOD5 T-N NH4+-N T-P Reduction load(g/m2·d) 800 52 29.52 5.44 15.52 1.128 1000 63.7 35.7 6.1 17.8 1.33 1500 92.55 51.45 6.9 25.2 1.89 2000 113.4 62.4 7.6 23.6 2.3 3000 135.6 75 7.5 15.3 2.31 4000 164.4 90 6 14 2.64 It can be seen from Table 3 that the load reduction of TP, COD and BOD5 is proportional to the surface load, and the maximum value of load reduction of NH4+-N and TN is between 1500 and 2000L/m2•d.

After screening and pre-processing, each fault collected six sets of data as a training sample set {Xi, Yi}, i = 1,2 .... 6.
Extracted 13 data sets Xi composition of the data set to be classified.
Data entry to be diagnostic, after classifier, the class of output belongs engine state.
The process of fault diagnosis system (1) The data collection and upload module is the data entry of system.

Tensile tests and fatigue tests were performed to evaluate the effect of tightening torque and to obtain the basic experimental data.
Fig. 1 shows the schematics of a vehicle wheel, with the M16×90 hexagon head bolts used to adhere wheels to reduction gears with M16×40 socket bolts.
Nine M16×40 socket bolts were used on the wheel and sixteen M16×90 hexagon head bolts were used to adhere wheels to reduction gears.
The tightening torque of hexagon bolts that adhered wheels to reduction gears was 235N⋅m, and the axial load caused by the tightening torque on bolts was 76kN.
The reduction of axial load of hexagon bolts occurred due to tightening up the other bolts; therefore the hexagon bolts were tightened last to get the accurate axial load.

Introduction This paper proposes an analysis and scrap cost reduction process in the rejection phenomenon of Transfer pump cassette Tightening assembly in CR pump assembly.
Principles of CR- injection system The Common Rail injection systems has been developed in order to bring down reduction in engine noise, less polluting emissions, lower fuel consumption and thus providing higher performance.
Fig. 2 Rejection Data for Last Six months Selection of Problem A problem should be selected [3] based on ranking on impact on quality, productivity, leading to high rejection cost and delay in delivery including Safety issues.

The results showed that the aqueous extracts at the concentration from 25% to 100% caused a significant reduction in the germination percentage, shoot length and total chlorophyll content of rape.
Data analysis.
The data were subjected to one-way ANOVA.
Data were analyzed using SPSS 11.5 software (SPSS Inc., Chicago, Illinois, USA).
This result showed that the reduction to be concentration-dependent.

It was found that 0.5% vanillin-incorporated resin exhibited significant inhibitory effect against all tested cariogenic bacteria (23-45% biofim reduction).
The significant inhibition was seen only on lactobacilli (31% biofilm reduction).

Each rolling pass adopted an approximate thickness reduction of 10% of the former thickness.
For Micro Vickers hardness tests, 100g load was applied for 10 sec and each plotted datum was obtained by averaging 15 measured values.
Fig. 5 shows the XRD patterns for each rolling reduction.
On the other hand, α phase precipitations also increases with increasing rolling reductions (8.8%→13.3%).
Table. 2 lists the mechanical properties of the cold rolled specimens, the strengths increases with the rolling reductions; a maximum tensile strength of 180.17 MPa was achieved with 90% rolling reduction, no significant cracks were observed with the 90% rolled plates, proving that the alloy is suitable for cold working.
