Supporting performance data are
presented.
Figure 6: EDX data for wafer edge.
Electrical and defect data were collected for a 12-month period in the fab.
Figure 11 highlights the defectivity reduction and corresponding significant increase in prime die (device) yield.
Furthermore, it enables a significant reduction in the total number of defects observed and a corresponding increase in die yield without loss of device performance.

Tensile strength, reduction of cross-sectional area and microhardness were measured to evaluate the mechanical property of oil casing steel N80 after intercritical quenching treatment.
In particular, the reduction of cross-sectional area of oil casing steel N80 intercritical quenched at 740˚C is higher than those of tempered and full annealled.
Tensile strength and the reduction of cross-sectional area of oil casing steel N80 after different heat treatment were analyzed by the stress-strain curve reported by tensile test.
Mechanical properties of N80 steel Mechanical properties identified by tensile strength, reduction of cross-section area and microhardness of N80 steel after tempering, full annealing and intercritical quenching are shown in Table.1.
Based on the datum shown in Table.1, intercritical quenching N80 steel shows a medium tensile strength and microhardness, yet it shows a highest reduction of cross-section area than those of N80 steel after full annealing and tempering.

The transmission rate of data is low, especially when the exception occurs in the structure of bridges, the data cannot be transferred to the data center, causing the low real-time and poor flexibility.
Data processing layer uses cloud computing technology to fill the incomplete data before storing them into the database, which will be provided to bridge experts.
This system pays attention to filling the incomplete data.
In this system, only pressure attribute data are collected.
The system uses the CAN bus to build the data transmission network to send the pressure information collected by pressure sensors to the data processing center.

All of these reactivity data are reported and briefly discussed hereafter.
However, the dispersion of CoCl2 over SiC is detrimental to the reactivity of the catalyst formed by the reduction of Co2+ as the hydrogen generation rate is clearly decreased.
Hence, from the data reported in Figure 2, it is evident that the specific surface area has no effect on the catalyst reactivity when different types of catalysts are compared.
On the basis of reactivity data, the present study has showed that it is possible to have highly reactive CoCl2-Al2O3 catalysts, which are more reactive than catalysts prepared with supports with higher specific surface areas.
Oxides, such as Al2O3, have showed to be materials of choice as they provide a surface acidity that contributes to accelerate the Co2+ reduction and the hydrogen generation.

This aspect of generating funds is dependent on two major factors i.e. reduction in product manufacturing cost, and enhancing the product quality to satisfy the customer needs.
On the other hand, the product quality can increased through application of systematic and statistical data analysis tool especially Lean, Six Sigma, SCM, JIT, TPM etc. in the manufacturing sector.
Just-in-time (JIT) or "flow", and "autonomation" (smart automation). [3] Toyota Production System defines Lean as a management philosophy used for reduction in three types of waste i.e. a) Muda (Non-value-adding work), b) Muri (Overburden), and c) Mura (unevenness).
The incorrect application of lean tools results in a waste of time and money including the reduction in confidence level of employees of an organization. [11] The organization culture and maintenance were reported as the factor while converting the non lean organization to lean.
LM focuses on cost reduction by identifying and eliminating non-value added activities.

It analyzes the characteristic of each configuration, the impact these different configurations have on data security, deployment speed and communication range and presents an optimal configuration that improves data security, deployment speed and communication range.
Automation & instrumentation is another segment of digital oil field market, which includes key networking processes and communication technologies such as SCADA, PLC, smart well, safety systems, and wireless systems. [1] Digital Oilfield deployments entail the use of real time data collection instruments including sensors, process automation and control devices to acquire process and production data from the field location (reservoir and wellheads) and the transmission of these data to the office domain where data integration, mining and visualization activities are performed and business/ operational decisions are taken to optimize the production process[2][3][4].This technology has led to an increase in field performances, a reduction in CAPEX and OPEX and an improvement in reservoir management [6].
The deployments utilize wired and wireless sensors connected to Remote Terminal Units which collate the data from the field and transmits these data wirelessly to a central processing station [7].

The pH value(negative logarithm of hydrogen ion concentration)can indicate the acidity directly and the Pe value(negative logarithm of the electronic activity)shows oxidation-reduction property of the water environment.Water-quality indexes—pH and Pe used together can well reflect the actual situation of oxidation-reduction reaction in the water.
The PH value of over 80 % water samples is within the scope of 7.75 to 9.25,which fully shows that the water environment of Wuliangsuhai lake presents weak base. 2.2 Analysis of environmental temperature By analysing the monitoring temperature data of 101 water samples, we found that the maximum temperature is 30.5, the minimum is 13.2 and the average is 20.87.
The variation range of temperature was large from may to October in 2006. 2.3 Oxidation-reduction analysis of environment Figure 2 Concentration of total phosphorus, soluble phosphorus and suspended phosphorus from may to October in 2006 5mon 6mon 7mon 8mon 9mon 10mon water sample The essence of oxidation-reduction reaction is the transfer or gain and loss of electron between oxidant and reducing agent.
With pe increasing , the relative concentration of electron at oxidation state heightens; with pe decreasing , the relative concentration of electron at reduction state heightens.
The pe value of oxidation - reduction system can be calculated by formula with redox potential (Eh),but redox potential was not determined during experiment.

Abstract.
Data Sources.
The energy input-output table takes the input-output table of 1992,1997,2002 and 2007 drew up by the National Bureau of Statistics as the foundation, and the data of the “National Accounts”“Energy Production and Consumption”and other parts come from“China Statistical Yearbook”.The data of the energy imports and exports, the energy balance sheet, the energy consumption of the terminal industrial departments and so on are quoted out of the “China Energy Statistical Yearbook”.
Meanwhile, the data of the depreciation rate of fixed assets of various departments, the new fixed assets and the delivery utilization rate of the fixed assets and others delivery rate are from the “Statistical Yearbook of Investment in Fixed Assets”.

According to Covenant of Mayor (www.covenantofmayors.eu) data there are 3414 cities across the Europe and eastern partners which already have Sustainable Energy Action Plan.
The data transfer is done by radio waves to special transponders and base.
Further all data by fixed network is transferred to central data base.
All data from more than 8000 heat meters can be accessed in three hours.
Reading data at a specific time enables accurate heat data analysis and evaluation of each user's heat consumption dynamics.

The data suggest that three quarters of human femoral failure can be predicted in vivo,
i.e. using QCT scan.
Combined with information on the loads associated with the activities of daily living, these data may be used to prevent pathologic fractures of patients who had prior surgery of removing tumors on proximal femurs.
Then the relative reductions in bending rigidity of each femur were calculated by comparing rigidity values before and after creating defects.
This yield stress at tensile side (right side of femoral neck in Fig. 1) of a femur was considered a measured fracture load. 1 DICOM is a type of medical imaging file which contains both a header (which stores information about the patient's name, type of scan, the image dimensions, etc), as well as all of the image data.
Further study could be performed by inducing out-of-plane (sagittal) force and moment in the experimental apparatus as well as higher capacity load-cell which allows a wider range of data acquisition.
