The form error of the part turning surface and its material hardness is asymmetry, that the part allowance is dynamic, the turn-force deformation is inconformity, and the cut error ,the part process error , is similar to the form error of the part turning surface.This is used to name the Reproducibility Error[3].

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate if it is possible to fast load hydroxyapatite with antibiotics
and still obtain a slow but therapeutic release of drugs during several hours.

The simplest derivation of the Avrami equation makes a number of significant assumptions and simplifications. Considered the Griffith crack expansion model of the closure crack under compression, because the interaction between the upper and lower crack surfaces and the material impenetrability made it only to have a sliding crack surfaces, thus become to be shear crack.
Owing to the frictionof the closed crack surface was not uniform distribution, to simplify the calculation introduction the equivalent friction, introduction the effective friction coefficient f, then: , (5) Through it we got the equivalent shear stress as: , (6) And the crack tip stress intensity factor was: , (7) By the fracture criterion in fracture mechanics:, that is, when the crack tip stress intensity factor reached the yield stress of the material then it occurred damage.
