Abstract:

In order to reduce bad influence in machining process, a 3-DOF model has been created in this study. it designed the auxiliary equipment based on DSP,It changes the amplitude and frequency of speed in machining. According to index empirical formula theory and regression equation significance test theory ,the factors of Parameter influence reduce the vibratory, to reduce cutting tremor parameters optimization by MATLAB..This study provides that changes the amplitude and Frequency of speed and appropriate speed can make a good result for cutting.
