Now as a kind of intelligent material the optical fiber strain sensor has been used in state monitoring of bridges and other civil engineering basic facility by many countries.
The optical fiber strain sensor can be embedded in concrete, carbon fiber reinforced plastic and other complex material, it also can be bended on the steel surface.
It can delivery accurate and reliable test data for each stage in bridge construction, correctly appraise the stress and structure performance in construction stage, and then it can assure the construction quality and the construction safety. 2) Supplying complete and reliable science foundation for long-term health monitoring and state evaluating in service stage, for perfecting the design theory and construction technology of bridge structure, and for certifying the rationality and science of the basic assumption in analysis calculation. 3) Proceeding some favorable research for promoting the application and development of Optical fiber strain sensor in bridge(including various civil engineering structure) health monitoring, and for accelerating the structure test technique of large-scale bridge structure in our country.

The first scheme is focused on the same mining rate with different sizes of coal pillars, which is mining rate of 50% as well as 30 meters, 40 meters and 50 meters sizes of coal pillar; the second one is on the basis of the first, analyzing different replacement plans in failure area of coal pillar after selecting a mining plan, for example, if the size of coal pillar is set 40 meters, the replacement analysis is made to different width of concrete materials in plastically area of coal pillar, including three schemes of 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters in width.
