The monitored components or materials send out the sound waves because of the stress deformation and structure deformation or local weak collapse, and the acoustic emission technique is used to sample and dispose those waves to comprehend the internal force, damaged degree of the target component or material, through sound waves that sent out by the monitored slave computer, and combined with the engineering practice, we can achieve safety assessment, risk prediction, nondestructive testing and other purposes.
These defects and damages will send out the weak acoustic signals when receive other external forces or external influences, and the essence of those singals is the local energy instantaneous release of the defect position inside the target material, its intensity and frequency changes are closely linked with internal materials.
Subsequently, Canada, the Soviet Union, Japan and other countries have begun to study the acoustic emission instrument, and in the 1960s and 1970s, acoustic emission technique gradually used widely in dam safety monitoring, geological safety testing, materials testing and security assessment.

As the boehmite nano-materials and the polymer bond, the AlOOH of boehmite exists in the form of chemical bonds, which ensures the transmission property of the polymer matrix.
Few literatures on the composite materials prepared with simple solution blending method of inorganic nano-phase having good dispersion in the organic phase are reported.

Introduction Due to their low density, superior wear resistance, and high temperature strength, engineering ceramic materials are increasingly being used for critical components in engineering systems [1].
While such applications are growing, there has not been commensurate improvement in the ability to cost-effectively machine these materials.
Furthermore, the recoil melting materials splash to the nozzle surface and lead to the expansion of nozzle diameter.

With the development of science and technology, the ink-jet printing is developing in full swing in the emerging industry.
Fig.7 3D ink-jet 2) System trimming evolution line: The original heating resistance and liquid channel are trimmed; the jet chamber is designed as an internal channel that can store the ink and provide the ink passage; its material is modified that has the deformation (it is similar to the heating resistance).
That is, after the trimming, not only the jet chamber has achieved the triple functions, but also the components are reduced, making the whole product becomes simple. 3) Geometrical evolution line: The ink-jet head can achieve 3D ink-jet effect, as the figure 7 shows. 4) Object segmentation evolution line: With the development of technology, the material will become diversity.
