Insoluble materials are suspended in a conventional electrolytic bath and are captured in the growing metal film during the codeposition process.
These insoluble materials can be powder, fiber or encapsulated particle.

For example, if the die pressure is too low, the extrusion quality of the material is bad, even can’t happen extrusion.
In this paper, use crop straw as test materials, find the influence of parameters of extrusion system on die pressure through square combination experiment of five factors and five levels with orthogonal rotation by the single extruder.
Test materials and methods 1.1 Materials and equipment Test materials: Crop straw(variety: fuyou 9), is bought in the testing ground of Northeast Agricultural University.Other reagent is chemical analysis pure, bought in the chemical reagents store.

The simulation of materials which wins the majority of user’s acceptance is not easy.
In the finite element analysis, the control of the mesh density is very important because of the damage and strain concentration and the softening of concrete materials.
(2) Contrast to the results of the experiment and numerical simulation, it shows the CDP model in ABAQUS elastoplastic damage simulation of concrete materials is feasible
