The antibacterial PET (polyethylene terephthalate) masterbatch was extruded from twin screw extruder, using silver and zinc-loading Nano-SiO2 antibacterial agent (SLSZ) as the functional material.
Antibacterial masterbatch is a kind of functional material with high content of the antibacterial agent mixed in fiber substrate [10].

Methods and materials The two kinds of materials were employed in the experiments.
Using conventional TMCP technology, in the range of deformation temperature, namely 800°C ~ 950°C, the material strength is improved owing to the carbonitride of Nb induced by deformation.
When the high rate cooling is ended, the separate-out in large quantity, tiny state and diffusion within the ferrite crystal makes the base of ferrite be strengthened, thus the strength of material is substantially improved.

The stress state of shearing area begins to change, and the equivalent stress is greater than that of the surrounding material.
With the deeper cutting of the disc cutter, the deformation and stress of material continues to increase.
The micro crack will appear near the blade edge of the cutter when the stress exceeds the ultimate strength of material.

The two temperature dependent measurements are compared in order to deduce the dominant carrier scattering mechanisms in both materials.
Introduction Epitaxial graphene on SiC has attracted much interest in the materials community owing to its unique electronic properties.
Discussion: It is useful to consider the as-grown and H-intercalated materials separately with regards to the observed temperature dependence.
From 300K to 50K the resistivity decreases linearly in both materials.
Although there is a great deal of non-uniformity in both materials, the consistency between these measurements provides a conviction that materials will tend to behave in the manner described.
