The majority of the high-performance Cu alloy consist of Cu-Be, Cu-Ti, Cu-Ni-Al, Cu-Ni-Si, Cu-Ni-Mn, and Cu-Ni-Sn series,etc[2], which have been widely applied in the fields of aeronautics/astronautics, electric engineering, satellite navigation, and radar systems, etc.[3] Cu-Ni-Sn series alloys are a typical type of amplitude decomposition reinforced alloy[4], and have become a research hotspot at home and abroad because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.

The melting simulation process seems to be very complex for engineers because it involves thermal driven flow coupled with a moving interface.
The importance of cooling can not be overemphasized in order to achieve desired thermal performance in engineering and industrial area such as atomic reactors, power manufacturing, pharmaceutical industries, industrial cooling, and so on.
Gbadeyan et al. [18] advanced on [17] by including variable thermal conductivity and viscosity to study Casson nanofluid flow with convective heating and velocity slip.

In total, it accounts for almost 20% of the total manufacturing output of the economy, and it is also an important source of advanced technology and skills development for the rest of the manufacturing sector.
For instance, engineering design has shifted offshore, as has various testing and quality functions.
It is not an incremental technology upgrade from where domestic production foundries are at the moment, but would require substantial investment in automated plant, equipment and in engineering skills.
This demonstrates that not only engineering innovation and policy interventions are needed, but that business and strategic innovation will be required to recapture lost market share.
The NFTN and AFSA are much closer to the reality of the automotive foundries and must continue to participate in various automotive and policy fora to promote the automotive sector.

However, due to the high price, the Ag and Au as the noble metals do not attract much interest in engineering.
Currently, aluminum and copper are the most widely used metals in electrical engineering and the electronic industry [5].
To develop novel Fe-containing Al alloys for electric auto components, the high Fe content becomes essential to satisfy the engineering requirement for high strengths.
Hence, the research and development of advanced and cost-effective manufacturing technologies is essential to minimize the effect of the Fe content on the castability, quality and performance of Fe-containing Al alloys with both high electrical conductivity and strengths.
