Spectroscopy Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) – Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) used to study the surface of polymeric materials on polymeric substrates using a sensitive technique for chemical profiling, study of reflection spectroscopy, and a non-invasive.
This method was found to be very useful for obtaining spectra for high absorbing materials.
In conjunction with generating graph of spectrum, the electrons generate x-rays from the surface of the materials in the sample.

After the results were analyzed, the conclusions were
gained that brittle materials could produce ductile-regime grinding under ultra-high speed shock.
The great rubbing effect between material molecules or atoms makes these materials produce quasi-fluid phase instantaneously, thereby it makes fragile material produce ductile fracture.

Abstract: Composite materials are the leading emerging materials over the past twenty years since its introduction.
Polymer nanocomposites with reinforced rubber are a remarkable development in the field of engineering materials.
The applications of composite materials have significantly increased in Defense, Aeronautical Automobiles etc.
In order to acquire desired results natural materials alone do not meet requirements, but along with the composite materials challenges could be met.
