Meso-level numerical model In the past, many meso-mechanical (or micromechanical) models had been proposed to model the fracture of brittle materials [1, 2].
E and E0 are elastic modulus of the damaged and the undamaged material, respectively.
Summary A new micromechanical approach to modeling the mechanical behavior of excavation damaged zone of anisotropic rock is presented based on knowledge of the inhomogeneity and anisotropic compound materials.

And it is propitious to develop the positive material of lithium battery.
Introduction The cyclability of ion transfer in Li-ion rechargeable batteries depends mainly on the dimensional stability of the host material during insertion and disinsertion of .
is a promising candidate cathode material for Li-ion battery due to its resourcefulness, low toxicity, and easiness of preparation .

Experimental Section Materials Materials used in this study include fly ash from PT Madukismo Factory, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Other materials include dithizone (1,5-diphenyltiocarbazone), Cadmium Iodide (CdI2), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), hydrochloric acid (HCl), ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH), potassium nitrate (KNO3), disodium ethylene tetraacetate (Na2EDTA), and distilled water.
The obtained material was then washed with distilled water to a neutral pH.
