Traditional protective coatings for light-weight materials can be costly in terms of energy, raw materials, and environmental sustainability.
New durable coating approaches are required to allow light-weight materials to be fully exploited in high performance applications.
Magnesium alloy developments are frequently driven by need for lightweight materials to operate in demanding conditions.
Materials and Methods Figure 1 shows the process outline of Cirrus Hybrid™ technology.
The interlock layer may comprise Nickel, Copper, Tin, or various other materials.

The PDMS material was chosen due to its property which is easy to deform compared with other polymer material such as polyimide and polyurethane [6].
To improve the surface of the mold, the SU-8 material was suggested and fabricated using the lithography process [7].

Moreover, process simulation is one of the trending features of the evolving industry, with applications in many fields, like manufacturing [5, 6]; chemical process control [7, 8]; agriculture [9] or even environmental sciences [10].
Thus, the actual manufacturing cycle can be represented by the following main processes in the following order: “Receiving raw material” → “Raw material allocation” → “Raw material inspection” → “Turning” → “Eddy-current testing (ECT)” → “Quality inspection 1” → “Milling” → “Finishing” → “Quality inspection 2” → “Product delivery”.

Introduction
Lightweight heterogeneous soil mixed with expanded polystyrene is a new geo-technical material which made by soil, EPS, cement and water.
For that reason, study on mechanical properties of EPS-soil as the wall thermal insulation material was carried out by our group, hoping to provide some reference frame for the field development.
We take some constitute materials of the EPS soil block as influencing factors in the experiment, it is a three factors four levels test.
