So, as long as the data about customers' interests and preference are
maintained and the customers with similar taste are analyzed from the data, the recommendation can
be made according to the comments given by customers with similar interests.
Another way is to spend time on searching users' data and then group the users and recommend for them after a while.
The data in the rating matrix is sparse.
However, this method cannot solve the sparisity of rating data from its root.

The data source and the expected recovered signal are typically electrical in nature.
Fig. 3 shows an illustration of the generated binary sequence representing user data.
The signal is phase-coded which provides tolerable system security via data encryption.
It also provides data encryption at satisfactory security level [1-7].
This data is then used to generate the unique sequences (using OC25) which is used to encrypt the data before it is multiplexed and transmitted.

However,
most of current studies took ideal assumptions for the sheet gauge and material property in
structural analysis, that is, the influence of residual forming data induced by sheet metal forming
process is ignored on the subsequent crash behavior.
Although some numerical studies have been carried out on the influence of forming effects on crashworthiness of thin-walled structures [24], the reported experimental process and detailed data on Forming to Crash analysis are still limited, therefore further study is needed.
The thickness reduction mainly locates on the sidewall of hat channel.
Fig. 4 Collapse modes of crushed specimens Since all the stamped components displayed unsteady collapse modes at final deformation stage, the data of axial force vs. displacement only before 140 mm displacement are shown in Fig.5 (For simplicity, just one set of representative data was selected for the component under each stamping condition subjected to dynamic impacting test.) and Table 3 summarizes the tested peak forces and the mean forces.
It is found that residual forming data are significant factors affecting structure crash performance which can result in different crash behaviors for different forming conditions.

Force Reduction.
The peak impact force is measured when an impact occurs and force reduction can then be calculated as the percentage force reduction, in comparison to an unyielding surface such as concrete.
Due to the non-linear behaviour of many sports surfaces, the design of a particular test can considerably affect the measured data, therefore the relevance of a particular tests to simulate a typical impact in a sports situation is very important.
From a technical perspective, the EN14904 Force Reduction test procedure uses different software adjustments that can affect Force Reduction results by up to 5%.
The resultant data can then provide an improved indication of how a surface can respond to a variety of impact forces.

The length of the variable sequence of the data above is from 1992 to 2010.
All of the data above is gathered and calculated by the ” China Statistical Yearbook”.
Avoiding to the volatility of data, to prevent the possible heteroscedasticity and consider of it will be easier to get smooth sequence by adopting digitizing the time sequence data without change the characteristic of time series data, this paper use the natural logarithm of variables to empirical analysis.
On pollution abatement policies, it still need to increase reduction efforts in major emissions, under the situation of waste and emission reduction, expanding the scope of major pollutants, increasing solid waste, emission reduction targets, so that the main pollution reduction work matter to the full range of expansion.

The sustainability issue can be dealt with in a more reliable way due to the comprehensive data tools and comparative analyses available nowadays.
Such footbridge structures have been chosen and provide the data basis of this discourse.
To perform a life-cycle-inventory analysis many data banks and different types of LCA software tools are available, also including aluminium data.
In some cases the data quality is questionable.
Basic procedures along with comparative evaluations of input data have been outlined and applied in a number of structural applications.

Abstract: The solar reflective green coating is prepared in the paper, of which the tailored infrared property reaches near upon 80%, and the temperature reduction bring by the reflectivity of the coat is improved too.
The experiments on the temperature reduction and aging performance of the coat are also performed, the results suggests the green solar reflective coating can reduce more than 10℃ compared with the same type coatings, it also has a good aging resistance capability.
From the statistical data, the average reflectivity of the coat from 90 nm to 1650 nm is 74.2%, the highest of it is 79%.
The datum showed that the coating prepared in according to the new ingredients is better than what we have. [7] Aging test of the coating The degree of the color change and pulverization is from 0-5 according to the GB/T 1766-1995, one period are 250 hours for the eligible coating in the LUV-1.

Training data is available elsewhere [14].
Collection of Data for Training of the Neural Network It is obvious that the performance of ANFIS models depends on its parameters and structures and same should be optimized with large volume of data.
With present sets of experimentations, a total of 128 data sets are available.
Table 1: Test data of the flow-forming process.
It is important to note that out of those eight data sets, magnitudes of each of the inputs for the last three data sets are out of their limits which have considered in the training data sets.

were successfully rolled to a total reduction of about 8085%
without cracking.
The present data suggest that the grain refinement to the submicron level of the current hard-to-deform Al-Mg-Sc alloy may provide its enhanced rollability, even at ambient temperature and the alloy can be undergone by extensive deformation without any cracking (see Fig. 2(a)).
The typical microstructure evolved upon cold rolling with reduction 80% is represented in Fig. 3.
Figs. 4(a) and (b) represent the typical optical and TEM microstructures of the present Al-Mg-Sc alloy that were obtained after ECAP and subsequent isothermal rolling with reduction 85%.
The same data regarding the original coarse-grained material before ECAP are also shown in Fig. 5 and Table 1 for reference.

. %) was subjected to extensive cold rolling with a reduction of 80% (true strain of ~1.6) and then annealed in the temperature interval ranging from 400 to 900 oC during 20 minutes.
The hot rolled TWIP steel sheet with 10 mm thickness was cold rolled to 2 mm thickness that corresponds to 80% reduction or 1.6 true strain.
Two specimens were tensile tested to obtain each data point.
The deformation twins are aligned with rolling plane and have the mean spacing of 20 nm at this rolling reduction (Fig. 1a).
