So, as long as the data about customers' interests and preference are
maintained and the customers with similar taste are analyzed from the data, the recommendation can
be made according to the comments given by customers with similar interests.
Another way is to spend time on searching users' data and then group the users and recommend for them after a while.
The data in the rating matrix is sparse.
However, this method cannot solve the sparisity of rating data from its root.

The results are in
conformance with the experiments: therefore, Eq. (8) allows fatigue data of the impacted laminates
under 2-stage loading to be correlated with constant amplitude data of the impacted laminates.
To correlate the fatigue life under 2-stage loading with the constant amplitude life through Eq. (8), however, the information about the constant amplitude data of the impacted laminates should be known.
To overcome this shortcome, a new model has been proposed, by which the equivalent stress can be obtained from the residual strength of the impacted laminates and constant amplitude fatigue data of the unimpacted laminates.
It is also worthy to note that Eq. (9) enables us fatigue data under 2-stage loading for the unimpacted laminates as well as for the impacted laminates to be correlated with constant amplitude data for the unimpacted laminates.
These models enable us fatigue data of the unimpacted and impacted laminates under 2-stage loading to be correlated with constant amplitude data of the unimpacted laminates.

This paper makes some analysis and discussion according to the V.A.SuLin’s theory using the data of some oilfield water samples.
Table 1 SuLin’s theory standard of oilfield water equivalent ratio cause coefficient water type environmental characteristics NaHCO3 reduction oxidation, mostly wet freshwater lacustrine sedimentary facies, good sign of oil gas, pH> 8, alkaline water.
CaCl2 closed reduction type, completely closed deep geological environment, a sign for good oil and gas, alternative groundwater and surface completely isolated without water.
Application and Analysis Select 6 water samples from Qianshan Archaeozoic reservoir as the test data to make application and analysis with the SuLin’s theory.
Data of number 1 to 5 comes from the same well and number 6 comes from another one.

(5) In the equation: — Calculation of layer thickness(m); — Weight of soil(kN/m3) According to the measured data of construction in Beijing, equivalent angle of internal friction φz can be estimated according to the equation below: (1) For silty clay, powder milling soil, coarse sand, medium sand, sand and other most soil conditions, the equation can be estimated:
Table 2 The results of soil compared before and after optimization Maximum moment(kN•m) Reinforcement required before optimization The required reinforcement after optimization Comparative results 500 1422 1122 Reduction of 3 600 1722 1222 Reduction of 5 700 2022 1422 Reduction of 6 800 2322 1522 Reduction of 8 1000 3022 1922 Reduction of 11 From the result in table 2, it can be seen the amount of steel used in the optimized slope protection pile is reduced markedly.

For the reduction
of the residual strain an alternative route for the improvement of the epitaxial growth of 3CSiC(100)
on Si(100) was developed.
The TO phonon peak positions obtained by Raman measurements were used to calculate into strain values using the data reported in [8].
The voids at the interface lead to a relaxation in the grown layer promoting a reduction of the residual strain in the 3C-SiC layer.
The strain reduction reaches a minimum at Ge precoverages between 0.5 and 1 ML.
In dependence on the data used the ratio varies between 0.8025 and 0.8027.

In this paper, based on the dynamic partitioning results of the intersection group provided by the software and data collected by traffic flow detectors, the features of dynamic partitioning software for intersection group are further explored from two aspects: traffic control and emergency response to traffic accidents, using the method of green-wave control and traffic guidance respectively.
Introduction In the previous study[2], the intersection group partitioning software has been used to input the real-time traffic data in the road network detected by the traffic flow detector into the partitioning software which can select key intersections in the road network and judge the correlations between intersections using the road section correlation model.
After the accident, the reduction in traffic capacity is reflected in the reduction of lanes available in number (n) and lane width correction factor.

H-plasma treatment causes a significant reduction in concentration of these complexes.
Comparison of recent ab-initio calculations with experimental PAS data suggested that HTG ZnO single crystals contain Zn-vacancy + hydrogen (VZn+1H) complexes [1].
Experimental PAS data were interpreted using ab-initio theoretical calculations of positron parameters.
The concentration of VZn+1H complexes in the virgin HTG ZnO crystal cannot be calculated from LT data due to saturated positron trapping, but it can be estimated from the positron diffusion length determined by SPIS
Although there is a significant difference in the vertical position of calculated HMP profiles and experimental curves, the features predicted in theoretical calculations can be qualitatively seen in experimental data.
