Experimental Method
Materials.
Na2CO3 (analytical purity) was used as the bed material in this study, which the particle diameters is between 0.2 to 0.71mm.
In all experiments particle size distributions were approximately in the same proportion as those of the bed material.
It can be seen that the intensity of agglomeration was lessening and the flow of the bed material increasingly better.
The results suggest that the increase in the amount of additives can better improve the flow of the bed materials in fluidized bed.

One is to incorporate biodegradable synthetic materials, such as polyactide, polyester and polycaprolactone into the films.
However, given the high cost of these materials, their use is limited.
Thus, the alternative way is to use abundant, natural materials, since, unlike latter polymers, they renewable [2].

On the other hand, employing traditional materials for these shells cannot provide necessary requirements.
Therefore using new materials should be considered as substitutions for them.
In this regard, fiber reinforced composites due to high strength to weight ratio and functionally graded materials (FGM) in which volume fractions of two or more materials varied continuously along a certain dimension [2] as new materials have received considerable attention recently.
